CORPS carefully selects and trains its Area Managers and support personnel. All of whom possess strong leadership qualities, employ sound ethical business and professional attitudes and whose background have proven to be dedicated to the commitment of strong customer service.
CORPS Philippines security guards and officers are duly licensed by Philippine National Police-Security Agencies and Guards Supervision Division (PNP SOSIA). They have undergone intensive training in practical and special field exercises relative to their duties and responsibilities.
Recruitment Process and Qualifications
Manpower procurement and recruitment process consist of the following procedures:
Pre-screening of applicants, Testing, Pre-Final Interview; Final Interview;
Submission of the Pre-employment requirements and Authentication of credentials;
Background and Pre-employment check;
Briefing/orientation of qualified security personnel to internalize with the CORPS, Pre-posting orientation training;
Equipage and deployment to their posts of assignment and debriefing.
OFFICER
Duly licensed by PNP-SOSIA
Filipino Citizen
Baccalaureate Degree Holder or its equivalent
Physically and mentally fit
Graduate from a Security Officer Training Course or its equivalent.
Preferably former PNP/AFP personnel
At least with two (2) years security work experience
Drug Test cleared
Neuro Psychiatric cleared
No pending criminal or administrative or cases involving moral turpitude
Security Guard/Lady Guard
Duly licensed by PNP-SOSIA
Filipino Citizen
At least High School Graduate, College Level preferred
Physically and mentally fit
Undergone Pre-licensing Training or its equivalent
At least 18 years old not more than 50 years old
Drug Test cleared
Neuro Psychiatric cleared
At least 5'6" in height for security guard and 5'2" for lady guard
No pending criminal nor administrative case or cases involving moral turpitude
